We are seeking a skilled Finance Administrator to join our team in Ayrshire. As a leading manufacturer, you will report to the Head of Finance and be responsible for managing both purchase and sales ledgers.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a purchase ledger role and be proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with Sage accounting software or similar is also essential.

You will handle invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, job costing, and assist with financial statement preparations. This is a dynamic finance role that requires strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a supportive work environment and opportunities for career advancement.
