Responsibilities- Observing and assessing children's needs to inform individualized plans.
- Developing and implementing strategies to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care and education services.
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to parents and external agencies.
- An estimated salary of £25,600 - £32,500 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications.
