Job Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Water Treatment Analyst to join our Water Quality team at our Lichfield site. This role is responsible for analysing and interpreting complex water quality data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced Water Treatment Analyst who has a strong background in data analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a degree-level qualification in a scientific discipline, such as Geography or Chemistry, and will have previous experience working in a technical or scientific environment. A full and valid driving licence is also essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and interpret complex water quality data to optimise plant performance and identify process issues.
  • Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders to proactively address questions or concerns.
  • Produce reports related to water quality performance and investigative efforts in cases of treatment failures or anomalies.
  • Collaborate across different departments to implement corrective measures swiftly.
  • Identify risks/weaknesses in existing treatment controls, formulate and promote solutions to mitigate risks.
