Job Title: ACCA Audit Manager

The High Wycombe office of a medium-sized firm is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. The office has a diverse portfolio of clients and offers an exciting and inclusive working environment to further develop your career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a wide portfolio of clients across various sectors, reporting directly to the Partners.
  • Oversee the audit process, ensuring all work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Supervise and coach qualified staff and trainees, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
  • Liaise with the tax team to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.
  • Participate in special assignments and projects, utilizing your expertise to drive business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • CA/ACA/ACCA qualified with a strong audit background or general practice experience.
  • Excellent understanding of FRS 102, with IFRS being an advantage.
  • Practical experience of one-off special assignments or technical projects would be beneficial.
  • Proficient in systems such as Excel, Word, CCH Accounts Production, and CCH Audit Automation.
  • Strong leadership and training skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
