The High Wycombe office is a dynamic and inclusive environment, home to a team of 40 members of staff, with a small office feel within the larger firm of around 1,200 people.
Requirements:- CA/ACA/ACCA qualified
- Audit background or general practice experience
- Excellent understanding of FRS 102, with IFRS an advantage
- Practical experience of special assignments or technical projects
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, CCH Accounts Production, and CCH Audit Automation
- Strong leadership and training skills
- A 35-hour working week with a hybrid working policy, offering flexibility and work-life balance

- Eligibility for the firm's Profit-Sharing Plan, paid in December
