About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at CH&CO. As the first point of contact for our clients and staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and adding value to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the physical office environment and FOH areas to ensure they remain functional, clean, and conducive to productivity.
  • Support business objectives and drive high customer retention by creating a vibrant environment filled with activities, ideas, and community engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures and maintain proper documentation and follow-up.
  • Guide new customers through floor space tours, showcasing expertise and pride in the brand.
  • Address complaints and concerns, coordinating with relevant departments efficiently.
  • Regularly seek feedback to maintain consistent, innovative service.
Requirements
  • Office support and administration experience, including reception duties.
  • Working in a highly customer-focussed environment, ideally prior experience of working within a professional services firm or other corporate environment.
  • Communicating strongly and confidently with all levels of stakeholder within the company.
  • Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • English – must be fluent.
