We own and operate 7 properties in the UK, including Fraser Suites, Fraser Place, and Fraser Residence, as well as Park International Hotel. These properties are located in London, Edinburgh, and Glasgow, offering guests a comfortable and luxurious experience.
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Front Office team as a Concierge. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will be the first point of contact for guests upon arrival and will play a key role in ensuring their stay with us is enjoyable and seamless.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and requests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Ensure the smooth-running of the Front Office Department, dealing with guest queries and requests in a timely and effective manner.
- Work collaboratively with the Front Office team to ensure that all guest needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our properties and services, in order to provide guests with accurate and helpful information.
- Contribute to the development of our company culture, by embodying our values and promoting a positive and respectful work environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
- Enthusiasm and passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
