Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Financial Support Assistant to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide essential support to our Financial Controller and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process supplier invoices and staff expenses in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls and emails, welcoming visitors, and distributing post
  • Book couriers and manage deliveries
  • Assist with various administrative duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
  • Experience in finance is beneficial, but not essential
  • Proficiency in using Sage software is advantageous
  • Ability to start immediately
