We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative and Financial Support Assistant to join our team at Office Angels. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide essential support to our Financial Controller and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices and staff expenses in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering calls and emails, welcoming visitors, and distributing post
- Book couriers and manage deliveries
- Assist with various administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role
- Experience in finance is beneficial, but not essential
- Proficiency in using Sage software is advantageous
- Ability to start immediately
