About the Role

R13 Recruitment is supporting a thriving manufacturing business in their search for a Sales Administrator to join their team. This is a varied support-focused role that will utilise your administrative skills to ensure the smooth running of the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team in ensuring leads are followed up and all administrative tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Raise and send quotes to customers.
  • Ensure accuracy in the data on the CRM system.
  • Coordinate visits, book accommodation/travel, and manage expenses.
  • Liaise with customers as required by the sales team.
  • Run sales reports on a daily, weekly, and ad hoc basis.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative position.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Great verbal and written communication skills.
