AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters is seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the property portfolio, ensuring a seamless service for landlords, tenants, and contractors.
You will work closely with the existing Property Manager to manage the property portfolio, including referencing new tenants, preparing properties, and conducting check-ins and check-outs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the property portfolio, including overseeing referencing, preparation, and maintenance work.
- Conducting regular property inspections and reporting on any issues.
- Coordinating with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and satisfactory completion of maintenance work.
- Providing excellent customer service to landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on property performance.
Requirements:
- Computer literate in industry-type software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current clean driving license.
- Knowledge of Landlord-Tenant Law (desirable).
Working Hours:
- 5-day working week.
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm (8am start on Tuesday).
- Every other Saturday with a lieu day off in the week.
- Share of bank holidays.
Salary:
- £27,000-£30,000.
