Main Duties:
- Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources effectively, including personnel and materials.
- Payroll and HR: Manage staff payroll, recruitment, and HR-related matters.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with school leaders to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Income Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities for income growth, including fundraising and grants.
- Risk Management: Develop and implement strategies to mitigate operational risks.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including IT, procurement, and communication.
