About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes and local communities in South East England.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered care and support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, mobility, and meal preparation
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
