Job Overview
Temple Judea, a leading Jewish school, is seeking an experienced Interim Director of Community Management. This temporary position will oversee the implementation of our enhanced curriculum and programs. The successful candidate will promote a nurturing atmosphere that reflects respect and compassion for all students, families, and staff.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of Education in personnel management, including recruitment, hiring, supervision, retention, professional development, and promotion.
  • Implement and monitor annual program budgets, purchasing, and revenue.
  • Oversee facility maintenance and safety inspections.
  • Implement enrollment and tuition processes.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in education, child development, or related field.
  • A minimum of two years of supervision experience in an educational setting.
  • Director Credential Level 1 in Florida or from a state with reciprocity.
  • Demonstrated experience in program design and implementation with young children and their families.
  • Experience with effective financial management and strategic planning tools.

Compensation and Benefits

$80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
