About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, talent management, and wellbeing initiatives. You will also be involved in delivering several projects over the course of the next year, including workforce planning, skills development, and talent pipelining.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support leaders with temporary recruitment, attraction, and workforce planning.
  • Facilitate talent reviews and calibration sessions to ensure a strong understanding of our site skills set.
  • Guide effective goal setting to ensure the growth of our people and success of our business.
  • Track and assess the effectiveness of wellbeing initiatives.
  • Help in the design and delivery of wellness events.

You will work closely with our manufacturing site on all HR topics and initiatives, and partner with our Head of HR Ashford to deliver several projects.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse, and international environment.
  • Experience in Employee Relations (ER) and talent management.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include online shopping discounts, private medical insurance, and a pension scheme with 8% employer contribution.
