About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Early Years Educator to join our team at Storal. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful running of our nursery, working in partnership with the educator team to create a stimulating and inspiring environment for children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality teaching under the EYFS framework to encourage a love of learning in children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, providing rich and stimulating experiences that meet their individual needs.
- Build strong relationships with the team to create a positive and supportive working environment.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Level 3 or above qualification in child development.Proven experience as an Early Years Educator or with children under the age of 5, with a particular advantage if you have experience working with under two's.Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS.A commitment to reflecting the Storal values of responsibility, openness, and working together.What We Offer:
