Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Analysis Engineer to join our team at oilandgas. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for executing the design, analysis, and evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Execution: Execute the design, analysis, and evaluation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, procedures, and product/program requirements.
  2. Technical Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of the technical discipline and work with a variety of engineering organizations to contribute to the development of the engine systems and designs.
  3. Communication: Prepare and present technical data to internal and external customers and assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks consistent with engineering policies and procedures.
  4. Issue Resolution: Resolve issues in situations within current technical knowledge base and judgment within established procedures and consult more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.
  5. Project Management: Be responsible for monitoring and communicating project status to Engineering leadership and provide timely communications on significant issues or developments.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in a relevant engineering position.
Desired Characteristics
  1. Technical Skills: Fundamental understanding of turbomachinery design, previous experience in design of Aviation components, and proficiency with Ansys and Unigraphics.
  2. Soft Skills: Strong technical aptitude, including applicable engineering tools and systems, ability to communicate clearly and effectively within an organization, established project management skills, and demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
