We are seeking a passionate and skilled Primary Teacher to join a Good-rated Ofsted primary school in the DE7 area. This full-time role is focused on teaching Year 4, creating a stimulating and supportive learning environment. About the Role

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, and strong knowledge of the National Curriculum, particularly for Key Stage 2. The successful applicant will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, curriculum-aligned lessons for Year 4 students, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Teaching and Assessment: Develop and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the needs of all learners, conducting regular assessments to track student progress and providing constructive feedback to support individual development.
  2. Collaboration and Engagement: Work closely with colleagues and engage with parents to ensure student success and well-being, upholding school policies and maintaining a respectful and encouraging environment that promotes student engagement and learning.
