Primary Teaching Role in a Good-Rated Ofsted School

About the Job

Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Primary Teacher to teach Year 4 students, develop engaging curriculum-aligned lessons, and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

  • Teaching Responsibilities: Plan and deliver high-quality lessons for Year 4 students, promoting student engagement and learning.
  • Assessment and Feedback: Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support individual development.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with colleagues and engage with parents to ensure student success and well-being.
  • Classroom Management: Uphold school policies, maintaining a respectful and encouraging environment that promotes student engagement and learning.
Required Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree: In Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Or equivalent qualification.
  • Primary Teaching Experience: ECTs are encouraged to apply.
  • National Curriculum Knowledge: Particularly for Key Stage 2.
  • Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills: To work effectively with colleagues and parents.
Salary and Benefits
