Lead Our Kitchen Crew

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Gourmet Burger Kitchen. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our kitchen, managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the kitchen team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Maintain accurate inventory control and manage stock levels
  • Develop and implement menu plans and specials
  • Collaborate with the kitchen manager to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a kitchen management or head chef role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
