This renowned firm is seeking a talented Senior Associate (5+ PQE) to join their Tier 1 ranked Corporate Tax team in their vibrant and growing Edinburgh office.

About the Role
Working with this Legal 500 Tier 1 ranked National Corporate Tax team, you will have responsibility as a leader, supporting the growth of their Edinburgh practice.
The team works across a range of sectors and supports a plethora of clients including large corporations, financial institutions, investors, public bodies, shareholders, and more.
Work will include providing expert structuring and tax advice regarding fund investments, financing transactions, corporate M&A/restructurings, real estate transactions, shareholders, and investor taxation.
