Restaurant Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Team Leader to join our team at the Crown Inn in Chislehurst, Kent. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of hospitality professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement effective operational procedures to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
