Restaurant Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Team Leader to join our team at the Crown Inn in Chislehurst, Kent. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and developing our team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

As a Restaurant Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the management team in achieving business objectives
  • Undertaking duty manager shifts and responsibilities
  • Leading and developing our team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Implementing and maintaining high standards of food and drink quality
  • Managing stock and inventory levels
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
