Nursery Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Leader to join our team at Completely Care Ltd. As a Nursery Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children in our nursery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children in our nursery.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
- Ensure the effective implementation of the nursery keyperson procedures and allocate children to keystaff appropriately.
- Deploy staff appropriately to ensure that the required standards are delivered and maintained within the rooms.
- Provide professional, relevant feedback to parents/carers about their child and promote the nursery to current parents and potential customers.
- Develop open and positive working relationships with staff, parents, and carers.
Requirements:
- Trained to a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare and Education.
- Experience working in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Ability to lead a team and develop policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
