We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineering Plantation Manager to join our team. This role will be based in Central Africa and will involve overseeing the technical management of our industrial units, including garages/workshops, fleet, and generators.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in industrial engineering, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Africa or Asia. They will be responsible for supervising staff, managing inventory and supplies, monitoring budgets, and preparing technical reports.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and allowances. Our company culture values teamwork, leadership, and collaboration, and we are looking for someone who embodies these qualities.
