Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Support Practitioner to join our team in Angus. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our service users. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in someone's life and be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about providing excellent care.

About the Role

Your responsibilities as a Support Practitioner may include:

  • Assisting individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to various leisure activities such as day centres, cinema, swimming etc.
  • Administering and monitoring medication.
  • Providing personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and promoting independence.
  • Supporting individuals with daily household tasks, such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
