We offer a competitive salary of £12.20 per hour, paid during training sessions and shadow shifts. Job Description

As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living, domestic duties, and personal care. You will support clients in the community, either individually or with another carer, and provide meal preparation and support. This role requires empathy, compassion, and warmth, as well as reliability, commitment, and flexibility.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have paid UK experience and live locally. A driver with access to your own vehicle is also required. You should be able to commit to the shifts and rota, which include a 4/3 basis with great continuity and work-life balance.
