We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team at COWORTH PARK.

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum.

In this key leadership position, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire baking operation, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

You will have a strong background in baking, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage the bakery team to achieve exceptional results and exceed guest expectations.
  • To develop and implement new baking recipes and menus that meet the needs of our guests.
  • To maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • To work closely with the head chef to ensure that all baked goods are consistently of high quality.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Baking or related field.
  • At least 2 years' experience in a senior baking role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
