Facilities Management Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join our team as a Facilities Management Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our community hub, ensuring exceptional service delivery across various offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage diverse teams to deliver high-quality services and foster a positive work environment.
- Implement and monitor health and safety and safeguarding policies, ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Develop and manage maintenance schedules to ensure facilities are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
- Handle cash management, including floats, cashing up, and financial reporting.
- Contribute to budget oversight for staffing, maintenance, and supplies.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in facilities management or a related field.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to lead diverse teams.
- Ability to implement and monitor health and safety and safeguarding policies.
