Facilities Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Manager to join our team at Saltram. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and properties, ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety, environmental, fire, and security standards.
Key Responsibilities- Inspect and maintain our properties to ensure they are safe and compliant
- Manage our support services, including budgeting, finances, projects, and contracts
- Act as a Duty Manager on rota, providing excellent customer service to our visitors
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure the effective running of all aspects of facilities management
- Proven experience in facilities management and maintenance
- Strong understanding of compliance and risk management, including health and safety, CDM regulations, emergency procedures, and fire and security procedures
- Excellent people and customer service skills
- Ability to manage budgets, finances, projects, and contracts
- Good IT skills
