Job Title: Mechanical Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Service Engineer to join our team at Engineering @ 365 Ltd. As a Mechanical Service Engineer, you will be responsible for performing mechanical service, installation, commissioning, and repair work on special purpose machine tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform mechanical service, installation, and commissioning of special purpose machine tools.
  • Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ensuring proper setup, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Provide expert support on CNC machine tools, including lathes and machining centres.
  • Carry out mechanical tasks such as ball screw and linear guide replacements, spindle exchanges, gib adjustment/scraping, and geometric alignments.
  • Travel to customer sites across the UK and Europe as required to provide exceptional service.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the service, installation, and commissioning of special purpose machinery.
  • Solid understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and CNC systems.
  • Strong mechanical engineering skills with a focus on precision and quality.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK and Europe as required.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
