About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-centric driver to join our team at Majestic Wine in Leeds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and experience to every customer
  • Pick and load deliveries, ensuring the van is maintained to a high standard
  • Ensure clear communication with customers to book in deliveries and provide updates on delivery time slots
  • Find ways to be more efficient with driving time, understanding the cost impact on inefficient delivery runs
  • Be an ambassador for Majestic while driving, confidently and safely
Requirements
  • Hold a full UK/EU/EEA manual driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Be able and comfortable with carrying up to 18kg weight (equivalent of 2 wine boxes)
  • Excellent time-management, delegation, and problem-solving skills
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and service to every single customer every time
