Role Overview
The SEN Enquiries Officer will be the primary point of contact for parents, carers, and multi-agency partners, providing timely and accurate responses to requests for advice and information.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and oversee the response to requests for advice and information from the SEND service into the ICS Front Door.
- Respond to emails, calls, and requests promptly and accurately.
- Track responses to ensure timely resolution of enquiries.
- Have a good understanding of current SEN legislation and its application in Kent.
Requirements
- Experience working in a public, private, or voluntary sector.
- Good understanding of SEN legislation and its application in Kent.
- Ability to work in a customer-facing role.
