Senior Pharmacist - PICU/NICU Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Pharmacist to join our team in a leading private hospital in Central London. As a Senior Pharmacist, you will be responsible for leading the pharmacy service in PICU/NICU, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pharmacy service in PICU/NICU, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and guidelines.
  • Develop and implement pharmacy services to improve patient outcomes and safety.
  • Collaborate with the medical and nursing teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Manage and supervise a team of pharmacists and technicians.
  • Contribute to the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • At least 12 months experience post-registration working in a hospital setting.
  • Experience working within paediatric/ICU wards.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplined team.
