We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Coordinator to join our client's team. As a key member of the Buying team, you will be responsible for supporting stock management, administration, and forecast planning.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in purchasing and forecasting. Key responsibilities include assisting with stock management, forecasting, and stock movement between internal sites, as well as supporting supply chain management, administering deliveries to customers and our sites.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the Buying team with stock management, forecasting, and stock movement between internal sites.">
  • Support supply chain management, administer deliveries to customers and our sites.">
  • Run daily reports, checking stock demands etc.">
  • Place purchase orders with suppliers, confirm delivery dates, and follow up on goods in bookings.">
  • Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Sales teams to fulfill stock requirements.">
  • Process invoices and handle customs clearance.">
  • Assist with new customer enquiries from concept to conversion/closure, ensuring accurate record-keeping.">
  • Take charge of placing stationery orders.">

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and experience in purchasing and forecasting.
