We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Lead to join our Precision Manufacturing Division in Aviemore. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of outstanding service, safety, quality, reliability, innovation, performance, and value for money.

The HSEQ Lead will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and effective department, with a focus on speed of response, on-time delivery, cost control, and value for money. They will also encourage and develop the Hydrasun 'One Team' ethos, ensuring that all team members work together to achieve common goals.

The HSEQ Lead will coordinate the PMD Responsibilities Matrix (HSEQ PPM Tracker) to ensure that all mandatory requirements are delivered to plan and in accordance with procedure. They will also complete PMD internal and supplier audits, ensure all PMD document reviews are completed as required, and deliver or facilitate PMD HSEQ training requirements.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work as part of a team. They will also have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel, and the ability to plan and organize within an environment that is constantly changing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain an efficient and effective department

Essential Experience, Qualifications, and Competencies:

  • Experience as a HSE or QA/QC Lead
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Working as part of a team
  • Document control background
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

Desirable Experience, Qualifications, and Competencies:

  • HNC/HND Engineering or related City & Guilds
  • NEBOSH
  • IOSH Managing Safely
  • CNC Operator & Inspector
  • Engineering background
