Customer-Focused Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, as required.
  • Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems, ensuring seamless store operations.
