Customer Service Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate to join our team at Walmart Supercentre Windsor. As an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality standards and accuracy in picking, packing, and dispensing online orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and attention to detail to achieve timely delivery to customers.
- Pack orders with precision, ensuring accurate quantity, correct product codes, and distinguishing between similar named products.
- Ensure products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
- Document and label all orders accurately through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
- Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
- Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction, offering service and supporting issues to resolution.
- Adhere to strict safety and food hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and hygienic work area and immediate clean-up of spills and debris.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
