Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freight Operations Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for controlling inbound freight costs, supporting invoice approval, and maintaining the inbound freight shipment database.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound freight cost control and support for invoice approval
  • Inbound services follow up
  • Maintain Inbound freight shipment database
  • Provide spot quotes for outbound international + inbound service requests
  • Establish Inbound reporting on cost evolution
  • Develop, maintain and measure proper set of internal KPIs, SLAs, cost (tracking/control) with the Inbound manager
  • Manage the outbound international returns to vendor for all LCs
  • Handle the ESG reporting improvements + queries
  • Coordinate the carriers management in Ariba for all LC
  • Support Freight managers on invoice control reporting and automate invoice collection

Requirements:

  • Experience in logistics / operations at least 3-5 years
  • Detailed understanding of Operational Processes
  • Detailed knowledge and experience of planning within a large fast moving operation
  • Analytical thinking
  • System knowledge within logistics
  • Knowledge of SAP as advantage, MS Office
  • Advance Excel skills
  • Knowledge of databases, SAP BW / BI is an advantage
