About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at A2Dominion Housing Group Ltd. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing Business Analysis support and expertise to various programmes of works within our Project Services overall change portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse current processes and conduct stakeholder analysis to identify cross-functional business areas, process owners, and SMEs needed to define the future processes for the relevant service area.
  • Work collaboratively with Business SMEs to understand, capture, and document requirements and user stories.
  • Organise, prepare, and conduct workshops with senior stakeholders from various departments, including Heads of Service, process owners, and SMEs from the relevant business areas.
  • Deliver business analysis according to the standard methodology, planning activities to meet deadlines and ensure outputs meet required standards.

Requirements

  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in English (Grades A*-C).
  • Professional Business Analysis qualification (or equivalent).
  • Experience in Housing or Local Authority with a deep understanding of the sector.
  • Experience of industry standard Business Analysis tools and techniques, including requirements gathering and traceability, Business process mapping (L4), user stories and personas.
  • Proven experience of delivery within large projects in corporate environments that include people/organisation, process and technology changes.
  • Proven experience of quantitative analysis and using standard MS Office tools.
