Key Responsibilities- Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including lubrication, adjustment, and repair of elevator components
- Respond to breakdowns and emergencies, using diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues
- Liaise directly with customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their satisfaction
- NVQ level 3 in lift service, maintenance, repairs, or install
- Valid UK driver's license
- At least 24 months of experience in the elevator sector, ideally within service or maintenance
- Good skills in electricity and electrical engineering
