Job Description:
Resourcing Group currently has an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join one of the UK's leading FM providers. This role involves carrying out building maintenance on a large static site in West London. Key Duties:
Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance tasks on commercial properties
Identifying and resolving mechanical issues and faults
Maintaining various mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing
Fostering strong client relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery
Conducting regular inspections and maintaining accurate records

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
Hold relevant mechanical qualifications, such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Have proven experience in building maintenance, preferably in commercial settings

Salary and Benefits:
