Job Title: Therapy Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Therapy Technician to join our team at Northwick Park Hospital, Ealing Hospital and Central Middlesex Hospital.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work alongside qualified therapists to deliver exceptional care to patients in need of intermediate care services.

As a Therapy Technician, you will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive patient outcomes.

Main Objectives:
  • To work as a therapy technician in STARRS, facilitating patient recovery and rehabilitation.
  • To assess patients and create tailored treatment plans, focusing on functional improvement and independence.
  • To maintain accurate clinical records, monitoring progress and adjusting care plans as needed.
  • To contribute to the development of care pathways and guidelines, promoting evidence-based practice.
  • To work in partnership with hospital colleagues and external agencies to ensure seamless care transitions.
