Equipment Support Manager

A Competitive Offer: We offer a generous annual salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000, depending on experience, plus an attractive benefits package.
In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our client's manufacturing site in Diss. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and facilities, working collaboratively with the Engineering Team Leader to achieve this goal.
Responsibilities and Requirements- Ensure that all work is recorded accurately in the Planned Maintenance System.
- Understand and implement the plant start-up and shutdown procedure, adhering to Health & Safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.
About You: To succeed in this role, you should possess relevant engineering experience and qualifications, with a strong emphasis on Health & Safety and problem-solving skills.
