Senior Compliance Officer

We're seeking a seasoned Senior Compliance Officer to join our team, bringing expertise in sanctions and AML regulations. As a key member of our compliance team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our business operations align with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of sanctions and AML screening methods, including training and instruction manuals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate regulatory risks.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on sanctions and AML regulations, ensuring a culture of compliance throughout the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory landscapes, ensuring our business remains compliant and competitive.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior compliance roles, with a strong background in sanctions and AML regulations.
  • Proven expertise in compliance topics, including KYB/KYC, AML/CFT, and sanctions.
  • Excellent organizational, partner management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to build, lead, and motivate high-performing teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, and Word.
