You will lead a team of professionals in providing a focused student record management service, working closely with stakeholders across the university to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote data standards and best practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a key player in promoting data standards, you will:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy and integrity of student data.
- Lead the review and analysis of operational processes to identify areas for improvement and inform the development of enhancements to supporting systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to propose and lead policy changes where appropriate.
- Contribute to the University's Data Strategy Implementation Programme, leading on the response to identified recommendations.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can:
- Manage and lead large teams and diverse workforces.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and negotiating skills to persuade and influence colleagues at all levels.
- Have a deep understanding of the issues relating to the provision and analysis of student data, particularly in relation to quality assurance and enhancement, data protection, and information security.
