Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality care to our elderly residents across Halton Council. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will work on a flexible basis, offering support to our care homes as needed.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to supplement their income, balance another job, or seek additional hours. With a strong foundation in patient care and excellent clinical skills, you will be able to deliver tailored care to our residents.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Registered Nurse qualification with NMC pin required.
- Experience in elderly care, preferably in a care home or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and medical needs.
- Administering medications and monitoring the effects on residents' health and wellbeing.
- Assessing, planning, and evaluating residents' medical needs and providing tailored care.
- Communicating effectively with residents, families, and the care team to ensure a positive environment.
**Estimated Salary:** £28-£32 per hour (dependent on experience).
