Cyber Infrastructure Specialist

The Role
- Maintain and enhance the operational framework and code of practice to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with third-party inspectors to maintain certification and adherence to industry standards.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Promote cross-functional communication and collaboration across the organization.
Responsibilities Include:
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Evaluating the impact of proposed changes and ensuring controlled implementation.
- Fostering a culture of transparency, standardization, and consistency.
- Reviewing governance structures and arrangements to ensure they meet business needs.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing engineering and quality governance activities in complex software environments.
- Ability to develop and drive programs of work across multiple facilities.
- Problem-solving skills and knowledge of root cause analysis techniques.
- Understanding of lifecycle management, management plans, business management systems, and operational frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership experience.
About the Job
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week on-site in Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria. The annual salary for this position is approximately £55,250 based on a 35-hour working week (£55.25/hour umbrella rate).
