Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer to join our team as a Mechanical Engineer (Industrial Laundry). You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial laundry equipment, improving plant, machinery, and maintenance activities, and working closely with our Engineering Manager to achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair industrial laundry equipment in a safe and timely manner.
  • Work closely with the Engineering Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
  • Record PPM information into a CMMS system accurately and maintain a high attention to detail.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience working in a manufacturing/process environment.
  • Engineering Level 3 and 4 NVQ qualification or equivalent.
  • Theory of both Electrical and Mechanical trades with knowledge of engineering disciplines including pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical circuits, and able to follow the basics of relevant drawings/schematics.
