Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our UK Corporate team. As a key member of our support team, you will provide comprehensive administrative duties to support the Head of UK Policy and Public Affairs and Head of UK Communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to senior management and stakeholders, including diary management, planning, and coordination of internal and external meetings.
- Coordinate UK and internal business travel and accommodation arrangements.
- Manage emails, correspondence, and identify and communicate urgent actions.
- Process invoices and purchase orders for the departments and issue good receipts.
- Close liaison and collaboration with other Assistants and Personal Assistants internally and externally.
- Order IT and office supplies as required.
Requirements
- Proven extensive administrative and office support experience with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks seamlessly and effectively.
- Excellent organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact with senior management and stakeholders of all levels of the organisation internally and externally.
- Discretion and trustworthiness with extreme confidentiality; able to handle confidential information.
- Reliable, proactive, and confident with the ability to work independently and as a team player, maintaining an effective working relationship with a wide range of people.
- Flexible and adaptable in approach to work with the ability to deal with short notice changes under time pressure.
- Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, MS Team, and SAP.

- An expected starting salary from £25,000 - £35,000 (pro rata) depending on experience and up to 10% annual bonus.
