We are seeking a Department Head - Ballymoney Branch to join our team at MacNaughton Blair Ltd. As a seasoned professional in the building industry, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the branch, leading the sales team, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver high levels of customer service
- Manage stock levels, process sales documentation, and handle customer complaints
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth

Requirements:
- Proven track record and experience in the building industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages and Excel
